Malpas Village Hall is run by a charitable trust and completely managed by volunteers.
After considerable local discussion and consultation plus huge amounts of energetic fundraising, the Malpas Village Hall Trust leased the site from the Diocese of Truro in 2013, for an initial 30 years and established a brand new community venue as a village focal point.
We are extremely grateful to those who helped us with this amazing achievement:
The Big Lottery Fund Reaching Communities Buildings Programme
The SITA Cornwall Trust
St Clement Parish Council
The Bernard Sunley Charitable Foundation
The Co-operative Membership Community Fund
A big ‘Thank you’ is also owed to the businesses and individuals who provided sponsorship and prizes or who have given donations over the past few years, in order to get us where we are today!
