How to book the St Andrews Hall or the Barton Hall at Malpas Village Hall to hold an event or class.
You can book the St Andrews or the Barton Hall or both together. Only the Barton Hall has kitchen facilities, so book this if you need refreshments.
As of May 4, 2017 The Trustees of Malpas Village Hall Trust have decided not allow the two halls to be used for parties for non-residents of Malpas Village. Parties can only be booked by a resident of Malpas Village who will be attending the party. The reason for this change of policy is that supporting non-resident parties is too onerous for the small group of volunteers who manage the activities and running of the Malpas Village Hall. There is no change in booking strategies for all other forms of booking from people or organisations that are not resident in Malpas Village,

You will be sent an email about your provisional booking and this will be confirmed with payment details as soon as possible.
– Special Events may incur an additional charge at the discretion of the Malpas Village Hall Trust. Please call to discuss.
– Should your event require use of the Internet there is no Internet operation within the halls, however there is an excellent 4G cellular signal from EE, O2 and Vodaphone in the area that can provide fast Internet connection for 4G compatible smartphones and cellular enabled tablets
